NRRP, operational instructions for monitoring milestones and targets now online
The document provides guidelines regarding the verification of effective target achievement
The “Operational instructions for monitoring the achievement of milestones and targets,” approved by decree of the Head of the Civil Protection Department on October 10, 2025, have been published in the section on the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP). The document aims to provide guidance to its internal offices, implementing administrations, and implementing entities on verifying the actual achievement of the measure's milestones and targets.
This section also contains the Explanatory Note of February 5, 2026, which transmitted to the Implementing Administrations a new version of the “CL M2C4-13 Quality Review” and a template for issuing a declaration of no conflicts of interest for those performing reporting and control functions.
The operational instructions will be periodically reviewed in order to ensure that all information relating to the implementation of the NRRP measures is regularly updated, guaranteeing its compliance with the principles of sound financial management and the pursuit of the objectives set out in the Plan.
