The Department of Civil Protection attends ForumPA 2024
The event will occur in Rome, May 21-23, at the Palazzo dei Congressi
"For a PA in color" is the slogan for the 2024 edition of ForumPA, which will take place in Rome at the Palazzo dei Congressi from May 21 to 23. Every year, the event engages ministries, national and local public structures, and the business world in meetings and debates on the major challenges affecting the Italian territory.
During the three-day event in Rome, the Civil Protection Department will have a booth in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers exhibition space. Experts from the Department will be available to discuss its various activities that serve the country.
The Department will be attending the "IT-alert: opportunities and necessary actions" meeting at ForumPA. The meeting will cover the national public warning system, which issues useful messages to cell phones in a specific geographic area in the event of imminent or ongoing serious emergencies or disasters. The event, moderated by Isabella Di Chio (Rai), will occur on May 22 at 4 p.m. in Room 6. Head of Department Fabrizio Curcio, President of the Lazio Region Francesco Rocca, and Mayor of L'Aquila Pierluigi Biondi will attend to discuss this critical topic.
The Department will participate in two other debates:
- "The new challenges of institutional communication, between skills and tools," May 21 5 p.m. in Room 1, with Deputy Head of Department Titti Postiglione.
- "The Public Administration beyond the Public Administration: rethinking administration by focusing on networks and people," May 22, 2:15 p.m. in the Arena, with Head of Department Fabrizio Curcio.
