Covid-19: Call for the allocation of accommodation and food service for medical staff
The offer and the declaration in lieu of expression of interest must be received before 12:00 noon on April 27th
The Civil Protection Department launched a call for the allocation of accommodation and food services for the medical staff not employed by the Administration, further to the set up of the specialised medical unit and technical nursing unit for the whole duration of the "Covid-19" emergency (CIG: 8279753C50).
The services requested and the base price are indicated in the call for tenders.
Due to logistics reasons, only economic operators able to offer the requested service in facilities no more than 1,000 (one thousand) meters away from Rome's Termini Station are eligible for participation.
Tenders and the declaration in lieu of expression of interest must be received by pec (protezionecivile@pec.governo.it, or by ufficio.abi@protezionecivile.it) by 12:00 PM of April, 27 2020.
The PECs and e-mails must indicate " Proposal for accommodation and food service for the medical staff".
It is specified that the Single Officer for the Procedure is Mr. Antonio Salpietro.
