Italian Civil Protection Deploys Advanced Team to Venezuela

Italy is prepared to provide its operational support in response to the international aid request following the strong earthquakes that have affected Venezuela.

The Civil Protection Department is collaborating with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to coordinate the departure of an advanced team today. This team will work in coordination with Venezuelan authorities to prepare for the arrival of a flight carrying operators from the Regional Health Services and the Fire Department, all managed by the Civil Protection Department.
