Coronavirus: 528 positive cases in Italy

At the Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee is routinely engaged in the coordination of operations by all the components and operational bodies that make up the National Civil Protection Service.

As per the spread of Coronavirus on national territory, at present the total number of infected cases reported is 528, in 11 regions and in an autonomous Province.

In detail: there are 305 confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Lombardy, 98 in Veneto, 97 in Emilia-Romagna, 11 in Liguria, 3 in the Marche, 3 in Lazio, 3 in Sicily, 2 in Piedmont, 2 in Tuscany, 2 in Campania , 1 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 1 in Abruzzo. There are 158 hospitalized with symptoms, 37 are in Intensive Care, while 279 are in home isolation. 42 patients have recovered from the disease.
