Physicians for Covid: over 7900 applications collected in 24 hours

The opportunity to apply to join the task force of 300 doctors to support the regional health structures involved in the COVID-19 emergency ended at 8 PM today, Saturday March 21.

The operation " Physicians for Civil Protection" started yesterday by the Minister for Regional and Autonomous Affairs Francesco Boccia during the press conference at the Civil Protection Department headquarters in via Vitorchiano.

For 24 hours the Department collected more than 7900 applications, which will be processed in the next hours.

We thank all the doctors who have joined the initiative voluntarily.
