Online the new “self-declaration” form to justify movement
A copy of the form will be provided also by law enforcement authorities
Starting from today, March 17, 2020, the new self-declaration form from the Ministry of the Interior, is now online. Citizens are required to use it in case of movement from their place of residence or domicile.
The new form replaces the previous one and includes the voice where citizens can self-certify that they are not in quarantine or positive for the Covid-19, and are therefore free from the obligations of absolute prohibition of movement, as provided for in art. 1, paragraph of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8, 2020.
Citizens are not required to enclose a copy of documents: once ascertained the identity of the person, the model will be countersigned by officials.
