A webinar to explore the topic of improving non-structural prevention of hydraulic and hydrogeological risk in Campania.
The webinar, scheduled for Wednesday, November 17 from 9.30 to 13.00, is part of the series of seminars organized under the Program "Civil Protection: towards a stronger governance for risk reduction" by the Department of Civil Protection in collaboration with the Agency for Territorial Cohesion and the Regions targeted by the activities of the Program. The webinar is realized with the support of CIMA Foundation.
The Campania Region, also through the activities carried out under the Department's Program, will continue to pursue the strengthening of non-structural prevention by giving full effect to the operational guidelines adopted at national level in the planning of civil protection. In the webinar, the activities will be contextualized according to the programmatic objectives outlined by the Region and aimed at improving governance for risk reduction. In particular, the focus of the webinar, will be the strengthening of technical and operational capacity to support the main regional measures of non-structural prevention, related to alerting, civil protection planning and territorial presidium at regional and local scale.
