Coronavirus emergency: new Prime Ministerial Decree with measures valid on the whole national territory
The provisions are in force from March 10 to April 3.
The President of the Council, Giuseppe Conte, signed the Dpcm on March 9, 2020. The Prime Ministerial Decree provides new measures for the containment and contrast of the Covid-19 on the entire national territory.
The measure, published in the Official Gazette no. 62 of March 9, 2020, extends the provisions of art. 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8, 2020 to the entire national territory.
It also ban all public gatherings in public places or places open to the public.
Finally, letter d) of art. 1 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of March 8, 2020 concerning sports events and shows is also amended.
