Coronavirus emergency: on March 26 the new self- declaration form has been released
The form is available on the institutional website of the Ministry of Interior
The new declaration form, to show to the police in case of movement, meets the latest measures adopted for the containment of the spread of the Covid-19 virus according to Law Decree no. 19 of March 25, 2020.
The new form, issued by the Ministry of the Interior, requires citizens to be aware of the limitations adopted at national and territorial level, specifying the Region of departure and the Region of destination.
In addition, the new document provides a list of possible emergency situations that justify the citizen's movement (I work at ..., I have to do a medical examination, urgent assistance to relatives ...).
The citizen must be informed about the sanctions provided for in art. 4 of Decree 19 published in the Official Gazette.
Entries already included in the self-declarations forms of March 17 and 24, 2020 remain valid.
