The twelfth edition of I don't take risks, the national communication campaign on good civil protection practices promoted and carried out by the Department together with Ingv, Anpas, ReLUIS and Cima Foundation, in agreement with the Conference of Regions and Autonomous Provinces and Anci, ended yesterday, October 16.

The campaign's kickoff on Saturday, October 15, started with a national live streaming from the Rossellini Institute in Rome on the social channels of I don't take risks and the Department. The event was attended by scientists, researchers, writers, environmental activists, representatives of institutions and the world of culture and sports who discussed the topics of prevention, climate change and the actions everyone has to do to actively contribute to risk reduction.

As every year, during the national days dedicated to I don't take risks, volunteers and citizens met in hundreds of squares throughout Italy to talk about earthquake, tsunami and flood risks and how to act, right away, to limit the possible consequences of a natural event. In the Aeolian Islands, in the squares created in Lipari, Vulcano and Stromboli, the campaign dedicated to volcanic risk was also introduced for the first time.

The twelfth edition of I don't take risks closed the National Civil Protection Week, but the communication campaign on good practices continues. Beyond the days in the streets and the initiatives dedicated to the world of work and schools, I don't take risks continues every day on social media, in the digital squares of voluntary associations and on the official channels of the campaign.

On the I don't take risks Facebook page and YouTube channel, it is also possible to review the national live broadcast and the most significant content of this edition.
