Coronavirus: Civil Protection Operational Committee convened
Chaired by the President of the Council, in the presence of the Minister of Health
After the declaration of the state of emergency concerning the health risk for the coronavirus, the President of the Council of Ministers - Mr. Giuseppe Conte - today will chair the Civil Protection Operational Committee, convened by the Head of the Department, Mr. Angelo Borrelli. The Minister of Health, Roberto Speranza, will also be present.
The table will meet at 5 PM, at the headquarters of the Civil Protection Department, in order to ensure the coordination of the components and operational structures of the National Service of Civil Protection.
The press room at the Auditorium, in Via Vitorchiano no. 2, will open at 4 PM.
