Coronavirus: 88.274 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 88.274 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 124.632.
In detail: there are currently 27.220 positive cases in Lombardy, 12.523 in Emilia-Romagna, 9.693 in Piedmont, 9.093 in Veneto, 5.054 in Tuscany, 3.497 in the Marche, 2.894 in Liguria, 3.106 nel Lazio, 2.496 in Campania, 1.753 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 1.973 in Puglia, 1.336 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 1.726 in Sicily, 1.356 in Abruzzo, 1.201 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano, 927 in Umbria, 789 in Sardinia, 662 in Calabria, 560 in the Aosta Valley, 244 in Basilicata e 171 in Molise.
20.996 patients have recovered. 15.362 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
