Coronavirus: 821 detected cases in Italy

At the Italian Civil Protection Department premises the Operational Committee is working relentlessly to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. 

As per all health monitoring activities pertaining to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, the latest update reports 888 positive cases  in 13 regions and in one autonomous  Province.

In detail: the  positive  Coronavirus cases in Lombardy amount to 531, 151 in Veneto, 145 in Emilia-Romagna, 19 in Liguria, 11 in Piedmont, 8 in Tuscany, 6 in the Marche, 4 in Sicily, 4 in Campania, 3 in Lazio, 3 in Puglia, 1 in Abruzzo, 1 in Calabria and 1 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano. The number of hospitalized patients presenting symptoms is 345, of which  64 are in Intensive Care Units, and  412 are in home isolation. 46 patients have recovered from the illness. 21 are dead , but this data can only by  confirmed  upon the Superior Health Institute official certification of their cause of death.
