Coronavirus: 73.880 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 73.880 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 97.689
In detail: there are currently 25.392 positive cases in Lombardy, 10.535 in Emilia-Romagna, 7.251 in Veneto, 7.268 in Piedmont, 3.786 in Tuscany, 3.160 in the Marche, 2.279 in Liguria, 2.362 nel Lazio, 1.556 in Campania, 1.293 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 1.432 in Puglia, 1.141 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 1.330 in Sicily, 1.169 in Abruzzo, 1.034 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano, 897 in Umbria, 582 in Sardinia, 577 in Calabria, 539 in the Aosta Valley, 197 in Basilicata e 100 in Molise.
13.030 patients have recovered. 10.779 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
