Coronavirus: 66.414 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 66.414 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 86.498.
In detail: there are currently 23.895 positive cases in Lombardy, 9.361 in Emilia-Romagna, 6.347 in Veneto, 6.347 in Piedmont, 2.850 in the Marche, 3.170 in Tuscany, 2.027 in Liguria, 2.013 nel Lazio, 1.292 in Campania, 1.164 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 1.236 in Puglia, 1.027 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 833 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano, 1.158 in Sicily, 925 in Abruzzo, 824 in Umbria, 413 in the Aosta Valley, 496 in Sardinia, 469 in Calabria, 147 in Basilicata e 86 in Molise.
10.950 patients have recovered. 9.134 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
