Coronavirus: 3.916 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 3.916 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 4.636.
In detail: there are currently 2.008 positive cases in Lombardy, 816 in Emilia-Romagna, 454 in Veneto, 155 in Marche, 139 in Piedmont, 78 in Tuscany, 50 in Lazio, 57 in Campania, 24 in Liguria, 28 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 22 in Sicily, 15 in Puglia, 16 in Umbria, 12 in Molise, 10 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 9 in Abruzzo, 5 in Sardinia, 3 in Basilicata, 7 in the Aosta Valley, 4 in Calabria and 4 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano.
523 patients have recovered. 197 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
