Coronavirus: 229 cases detected in Italy

At the headquarters of the Civil Protection Department, activities of the Operational Committee continue in order to guarantee the coordination of the interventions of the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service.  
As part of the health monitoring service related to the spread of Coronavirus on the national territory, at the moment 229 people in 5 regions are infected.
In detail: the confirmed cases of Coronavirus in Lombardy are 167, 32 in Veneto, 18 in Emilia-Romagna, 3 in Piedmont, 3 in Lazio. The hospitalized patients with symptoms are 101, 27 are in intensive care, while 94 are in home isolation. One person is cured, and 6 are deceased.
