Coronavirus: 106.962 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 106.962 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 172.434
In detail: there are currently 33.434 in Lombardy, 13.585 in Emilia-Romagna, 13.998 in Piedmont, 10.618 in Veneto, 6.583 in Toscana, 3.459 in Liguria, 3.157 in the Marche, 4.214 in Lazio, 3.027 in Campania, 1.990 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 2.656 in Puglia, 1.428 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 2.139 in Sicilia, 1.942 in Abruzzo, 1.582 in the autonomous Province of Bolzano, 494 in Umbria, 872 in Sardegna, 819 in Calabria, 491 in the Aosta Valley, 266 in Basilicata and 208 in Molise.
42.727 patients have recovered. 22.745 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
