Coronavirus: 103.616 positive cases

At Civil Protection Department Headquarters, the Operational Committee keeps working to ensure the coordination of all operations by the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As per health monitoring activities related to the spread of Coronavirus across national territory, at present 102.253 people have tested positive. To date, the total number of assessed cases in Italy is 159.516.
In detail: there are currently 31.935 in Lombardy, 13.818 in Emilia-Romagna, 12.765 in Piedmont, 10.766 in Veneto, 6.257 in Toscana, 3.365 in Liguria, 3.080 in the Marche, 3.920 nel Lazio, 3.062 in Campania, 2.080 in the autonomous Province of Trento, 2.512 in Puglia, 1.307 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 2.050 in Sicilia, 1.778 in Abruzzo, 1.537 nin the autonomous Province of Bolzano, 625 in Umbria, 914 in Sardegna, 791 in Calabria, 582 in the Aosta Valley, 270 in Basilicata e 202 in Molise.
35.435 patients have recovered. 20.465 died, however, this number can be confirmed only upon certification of cause of death by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità.
