Civil Protection Department: Borrelli negative result to Covid-19 test

The oropharyngeal   swab test for Coronavirus performed  on the Head of Civil Protection, Mr. Angelo Borrelli, gave a negative COVID-19 result. Testing had been carried out due to flu symptoms reported on 25 March by the Head of the Civil Protection Department.

Mr. Borrelli,  currently recovering from a flu status, is working  from  home keeping  in constant contact with the Operating Committee and the Crisis Unit.

The Civil Protection Department will continue, as always, to ensure maximum operability  on the Covid-19 emergency in progress.
