PHASE 1

▪ Training activities for operators
PHASE 2
▪ Further enhancement of scientific monitoring, surveillance, and assessment of the volcano's status
▪ Review and possible update of civil protection planning
▪ Implementation of institutional information coordination
▪ Implementation of training activities for operators and institutional entities involved
▪ Implementation of information and communication activities
▪ Exercise activities
Measures planned during the pre-alarm phase:
PHASE 1
▪ Declaration of the national state of emergency
▪ Activation of the DiComaC according to the activities
▪ Activation of CAS for the population voluntarily leaving the red zone
▪ Application of measures in the area most affected by precursor phenomena
▪ Cultural heritage safety measures
▪ Evacuation of health and social-health facilities
