In case of lava flows

  • Do not go near an active lava flow even when it flows regularly. They are very hot, give off gas, can result in rolling of incandescent boulders and sudden explosions
  • Even after the end of the eruption, do not walk on the surface of a lava flow. The lava retain its heat for years
