The booklet, dedicated to young people that participate to the fourth edition of school camps, represents a camp guide and provides essential information on wood fire risk and rules of behaviuor for fire prevention.

The school camps are organized by the Civil Protection Department, in collaboration with national and regional voluntary work organizations and the Regions, except for Trentino Alto Adige, Aosta Valley and Basilicata.
Youngsters have the chance of living a one of a kind experience, in a cognitive context of sinergies created by men of the Civil Protection System: forest rangers, firefighters, 118 doctors, volunteers or local boards officers.

The common denominator is wood fire risk, but also other themes are dealt in-depth such as municipal emergency planning or the knowledge of the whole civil protection System, in order to stimulate a full and conscious civil protection culture among young people.
