Council of Ministers: two states of emergency get extended

Two states of emergency for Calabria Region have been extended during the meeting of the Council of Ministers of 23 February: the one regarding hydrogeological instability occurred in February 2010 and the one regarding traffic and works on the motorway  A3 between Bagnara Calabra and Reggio Calabria.
