The Civil Protection Department issued a notice of bad weather that provides for a worsening of weather conditions - with diffused instabilities - from the early hours of tomorrow 16 December and for the following 24-36 hours. Strong winds and gales are forecasted with heavy wind first in Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Marche, Umbria, Lazio, Sardinia, Abruzzo and Molise. It will later move towards Campania, Calabria, Basilicata, Sicily and Puglia. Sea storms are expected along the exposed coasts.
It will snow also at 400-600 meters in Aosta Valley. Moreover, from tomorrow morning, there will be rains and storms over Tuscany, Umbria, Marche, Lazio and Abruzzo and Western Molise.
