Office VI - Human and Instrumental Resources
The Office implements the policies relating to the general administration of the staff employed in the Department and ensures the management of external resources of the various activities of the Department. In particular, it deals with the management and organization of human resources and handles, in line with the specific powers of the Head of Department, relations with labor unions.
It carries out activities related to technical management of buildings and offices for the supervision of the Department and is responsible for the management of vehicles leased or owned by the Department.
It provides the annual Directive and the annual Programme of Action of the Department and the application of the evaluation system of the management.
Finally, the Office organizes the I.T. platform of the Department and, in particular, on the basis of needs identified by the Department for the computer equipment in use, it checks and approves the requests of the Offices, and ensures the updating of a dedicated database.
