Transparency, evaluation and merit
This page contains information that any public administration, as provided by law, shall publish in the 'Transparency, evaluation and merit' section of its website. You will find also the budget of allocated resources in 2011.
Article. 54 of Legislative Decree No 82, March 7, 2005 provides that on the website of a government these types of proceedings are conducted by each office of non-general executive level, the deadline for the conclusion of each procedure, the name of the manager, the organizational unit responsible for preliminary investigation, and every other legal procedural requirements of Articles 2, 4 and 5 of Law No 241, August 7, 1990.
Type and terms of the proceedings are available on the website of the Government. Contacts of the managers are in the “Organization chart” section of the website.
The Presidency of the Council of Ministers - so even the Civil Protection Department - is not subject to the requirements of Legislative Decree No 150, October 27, 2009. It provides a point of the circular 1 of 14 January 2010 the Department of Public Administration.
