Managers. Article. 21 of Law No 69, June 18, 2009 provides for the publication of annual salaries, curricula vitae, e-mail addresses and phone numbers of professional managers. The annual income and curricula vitae of the Department's managers are available on the website of the Italian Government along with those of all managers of the Presidency of Council of Ministers.

Work e-mail addresses and phone numbers of managers are published in the “Organization chart” section of the website along with the articulation and office organization, powers and names of responsible managers of each office. The publication of this latter information is provided for by 54 of Legislative Decree No 82, March 7, 2005.

Absence and increased presence rates of personnel. Statistics on rates of absence and increased presence of the staff sorted by offices at manager level of our Department are also available on the Government website, along with the ones of other departments of the Presidency of Council of Ministers. The publication of these data is provided for by 21 of Law No 69, June 18, 2009.

Collaborators. We publish, also on this page, a list of consultants (ita) (19 Kb) with the object, the duration and the compensation for the role as provided by art. 53 of decree no. No 165, March 30, 2001. The list was last updated on March 25, 2011.

The Presidency of the Council of Ministers - so even the Civil Protection Department - is not subject to the requirements of Legislative Decree No 150, October 27, 2009. It provides a point of the circular 1 of 14 January 2010 the Department of Public Administration.
