Property, car fleet and workplace safety management service
The service takes care of the technical management of buildings in use at the Department, identifying the need for maintenance and renovation. It carries out preliminary investigations as to the allocation of space and arrangement of furniture, taking care also of updating the plan on the headquarters of the Department and technical procedures for the possible acquisition of new locations.
It takes care, on the disposal of the Head of Department, of planning and implementation works identified by the Head of Prevention and Protection service, as provided for by Legislative Decree n.81 of April 9, 2008 in the headquarters of the Department.
It coordinates and organizes the supervisory activities of the Department offices; it is responsible for the car fleet management of the Department and its personnel, in coordination with the Office of Emergency if such operational resources were needed in emergency contexts.
It ensures the investigation and definition of practices road transport department, and issues and renews all special entitlements to drive vehicles of the department.
Finally, the service oversees the management of meeting rooms of the Department, in conjunction with the I.T. and communications systems service for the operation of equipment and related technological equipment
