Civil Protection Department

The service provides for the preparation of annual directive, in accordance with the priorities of the government and strategic planning, coordinating the process to identify the operational objectives of which it verifies a smooth achievement.

It manages the preparation of the programme of action of the Civil Protection Department on the operational objectives of all the offices and services and ensurer their monitoring.

It manages the implementation of the system of assessment of the management set up by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, providing methodological and practical support to all officers of the Department, both during negotiation and development of objectives, ensuring a continuous data update.

Finally, it ensures the establishment, revision and updating of the mapping of lines of activities of all offices and services of the Department and the graduation of senior management.
