The service manages the activities related to the preparation of the annual stability law, the budget estimates in relation to the prevision base unit relevant to the Department and the annual accounts, prepares the budget changes, and provides the feedback of funding prior to any initiative conferred involving expenditure by the Department.
The service also provides training for accounting, settlement and payment of acts of commitment, except those within the competence of other services of the office; handles relations with the organs of financial control with regard to management accounting; evaluates the proposal to waive and reallocation of funds established by the relevant offices on the monitoring of the activities funded by the Department, providing the following requirements.
Finally, the service deals with the catalogue of the Department acts, including conventions, agreements and memorandums of understanding, ensuring the collection service, and manages the Department's cashier service.
