The application ESPAS – Earthquake Scenario Probabilistic Assessment considers this uncertainty in predictions by processing the uncertainties in parameters and model variables. The system enables dynamic updates of estimates, founded on elaboration of expert data and/or data that gradually becomes available during the emergency.
