North Africa humanitarian emergency
The opcm no. 3933 of 13 April 2011 entrusted the Head of the Civil Protection Department with the appointment of Delegate Commissioner for carrying out all the necessary interventions to deal with the humanitarian emergency throughout the national territory, following the exceptional flux of North African citiziens.
